1. Overview

Welcome to the International Church Support Alliance (ICSA) — an initiative of the Providus Foundation, operating under the domain icsa.church and related subdomains, including voices.icsa.church.

By using our websites or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Purpose of the Platform

ICSA provides a free platform that allows churches to:

• Join the Alliance by completing a short registration form.
• Share their mission or project with a photo and optional video.
• Be listed publicly on voices.icsa.church after approval.

ICSA does not handle donations, financial transactions, or payments on behalf of churches or visitors.

Its sole purpose is to increase visibility and connection among churches, supporters, and donors.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to registered churches, ministries, or recognized faith-based organizations.

By submitting data, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your church or organization.

4. Use of the Platform

Users agree to:

• Provide only accurate and truthful information.
• Upload content (text, images, videos) that belongs to them or that they have permission to share.
• Avoid uploading any unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate material.

ICSA reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any submission that violates these rules or our values.

5. Approval and Publication

All submissions are manually reviewed by ICSA administrators.

Only approved missions or projects appear on voices.icsa.church.

ICSA may edit spelling or formatting but will not alter meaning or intent.

6. Intellectual Property

• Churches retain ownership of their submitted content (text, photos, videos).
• By submitting a project, each church grants ICSA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share the content on the ICSA websites and promotional materials related to the Alliance.
• The ICSA name, logo, and website design remain the property of the Providus Foundation and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at icsa.church/privacy.

By using the platform, you agree to our data collection and processing practices as described there.

8. Certificates

When a project is approved, ICSA may issue a Membership Certificate (PDF) confirming participation in the Alliance.

This certificate is symbolic and not a legal document.

It may include a verification link hosted on voices.icsa.church.

9. Limitation of Liability

ICSA provides its services "as is", without any guarantees.

While we aim for accuracy and uptime, we cannot be held responsible for:

• Downtime, technical errors, or data loss.
• Content accuracy submitted by churches.
• Actions taken by visitors or donors who contact churches directly.

ICSA acts only as a publishing platform, not an intermediary or sponsor.

10. Modifications and Termination

ICSA may update, modify, or suspend parts of the platform at any time without prior notice.

Churches may request removal of their data by contacting info@icsa.church.

These Terms of Use may be updated as the platform evolves. The latest version will always be available on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of European Union.

Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable jurisdiction of the Providus Foundation's registered location.
